I might be a bit biased, but my brother's magic was obvious to me when he found the stage. From his days at Central High School to the broadcast news rooms in Columbus, Baltimore, Birmingham and Tampa, FL, Keith Cate was at his best on the theatre stage. I recall being moved in a solo performance when he was 16 and was mesmerized this week at Cate Farms as he conjured the spirit of Ebenezer Scrooge - recreating the Dickens classic on the family stage in Blountville. Some 40 plus years later, my modern description of his performance was a Master Class in detail and storytelling. The words, the voices, the expressions and timing were impeccable and honestly I can't wait to see the next act. Kudos my brother - Proud is about the best word I can find. Great job to all the folks contributing to this homecoming for Christmas.
