For the past several months, we’ve had what seems weather-wise to be a climate with more clouds than sun. In fact, our own backyard here in Kingsport is a testament to that as we now have what appears to be a persistent pond with resident ducks.
Perhaps that what caught my attention yesterday. As I awoke, there was a welcome and unusual orange glow in the house. The sun was coming up and the low clouds were giving enough clearance to light the trees outside my window.
Bypassing the coffee pot, I pulled the drone out of the garage and made it up just in time to catch a glorious view of Bays Mountain, Ridgefields, and the City of Kingsport.
It’s always a joy to spend time with Eos as she rises from Oceanus.
