This year, I’ve decided to join with one of my favorite regional music organizations and serve on the marketing committee of the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion.
This year, these folks are celebrating their eighth year and last Wednesday, they held a press conference at their offices on 5th Street in Downtown Bristol. It’s gonna be a star-studded lineup this year as Bristol will welcome Dr. Ralph Stanley, Doc Watson, Sam Bush, Blue Highway, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Dan Timenski, T.G. Sheppard, Kelly Willis and Scott Miller and the Commonwealth will grace Bristol.
