Yesterday, our staff at GoTriCities introduced the new real estate website for Town and Country Realty in Kingsport. This new destination is one of our best yet and a tremendous resource for buyers, sellers. More importantly, this has been one of my favorite clients to work with in a long time.
I have plenty of tremendous clients, but what impressed me the most is how a group so large – Town and Country has over 100 local realtors – could come together and work so close and maintain both the energy and enthusiams needed to make them leaders in their field. We met at our offices regularly for lunch sessions and worked with their brokers and could not have enjoyed this experience more. They truly are some of Kingsport’s elite professionals.
On this project, I’m especially pleased at how our staff rallied together with the client and put together a process to analyze a great design, useability and several functions that make this our best site of the year. Lots of attention was paid to the search interface and the display. In addition, there’s an impressive new map that allows site visitors to explore the region and available listings from a visual interpretation.
Each night, this dense database of homes and properties for sale is updated with all the listings from the regional MLS. That’s over 4,000 records and included with this display is an index of over 35,000 photos. You’ll find open houses, virtual tours, individual realtor bios and plenty of other useful information from this new website.
In addition to the software tools for visitors, the new Town and Country website includes a custom content management platform and a special software admin for realtors to provide unique showing instructions for properties and communicate their listing intentions with each of their realtors.
This new website is our best yet, but we’ve got plenty of others on the coat-tails of this new project. We’re certain that this new website will attract plenty of new neighbors to our region and will be the beginning of many families dream home intentions.
