I can’t remember how I stumbled across ThinkSpot. It’s most certain I mingled with someone else’s blog before capturing my attention and thinking hey! This would be a great way to fill up all kinds of unused commercial space all over the Tri-Cities.
After talking with a commercial real estate broker and another local futurist, there’s a new meme floating around….a space that innovates and appeals to the creative culture in our little town.
Sure. It’s a lofty ideal, but it might be interesting to see where this new idea expands. Just the other day, a colleague of mine was griping about the rates at MeadowView. A single Net connection and projector is going to cost $300 for a one day meeting. The folks at ThinkSpot have started a new way of thinking about space.
