Ntara launches new website…

I’ve often spoke about the innovation at Ntara in Johnson City. They produce megalithic web interfaces and multi-media that seek to woo designers and people who are influenced by the short-fix provided by their virtual eye candy.

There old website looked like a futuristic first-person shooter and was clunky and the new website fails to improve upon their reputation and is not only muddy, but unbelievable.

The use of photography on this website is unrealistic in its representation of their marketing expertise and delivers a self-serving group of adjectives and Matrix-like images that proves to me that their web interface was governed by a Flash designer and not a business manager. That’s why it beeps and glows, but barely interests me in their products anymore than the next virtual candy store on the web.

Perhaps it’s more spectacular and useful the deeper you go into the structure ( I tried, but it felt shallow), but I was bored very quickly and came away missing any compelling story at all.
